What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are final sale. 

I saw something on Instagram that wasn’t on your website.  Can I still buy it?

Possibly! Please email [email protected] and let us know and if we have it in stock, we will help you complete your order.

How long until my order ships?

We will make every effort to ensure your items ship within 1-3 business days of your order. However, we are human and sometimes we may run into an issue. We will notify you if there is any delay.

How do you determine shipping costs?

Shipping is based on the weight of the order as well as the “ship to” location. 

Oops, I put in the wrong shipping address!

No problem, as long as your order has not left our headquarters, we can change the shipping address.  This change could accrue some different charges if the distance is greater than originally quoted. Once you are notified that your order has shipped, we are not able to change the delivery location.

I live close to downtown Charlotte, can I do local pick-up?

Absolutely!  We would love to see you in person. Please contact us with a couple of times you would be available to pick up. If you are sending someone else to pick up your items, please provide their name for verification upon arrival.
